Poor after sales service and technical support

I purchased a new printer from Incredible Connection - like always they were great with the sales but severely lacking in the technical support. My printer started giving problems after about two weeks. I packed it all up and returned it to Incredible Connection in Pietermaritzburg. There was no one to help me with the technical support and I was told to come back in a hour - which I did but the person was still out on lunch (2.30!!) I eventually got the manager to help me and I checked in the printer with trays and cables etc. I received the printer back in the box but I didn't open it as I was going overseas for two months and on return I opened it to find it had no cables and when I phoned I was told " sorry they can't help as it out of the time period" Basically they are happy to sell the goods but they have no after sales service and they are not prepared to help in the least. This will be the last printer, computer I will be purchasing from them.
