Please wake up ...

I have tried for almost 3 months now to get someone to assist me. I have sent numerous emails, only one email was responded to, with my statement showing the below balance, after a long wait. I have tried to call. I have paid my account on 17 April, with a balance of around R328. On 28 April an amount was collected, I did not have funds as I did not expect the full amount to be paid. Another amount was deducted on 2 May, and then another on 28 May - both for R562.60 (so this is now R1125.20 on a balance of R328). That doesn't make any sense to me. Can someone please assist me. I am really getting quite irate about this.
