PLAY STATION 5

I placed an order on the 30th of November, till this date no communication from the shop, when i check the status of my order it says it was shipped on the 3rd of December however till now, nothing has been said, no any form of communication has been received from them, when i call they take long to pick up and when they pick up they'll be "We will escalate the matter"

This guys are so unprofessional. They should have the online shop if they fail to deliver.
