I had app**** online for credit with High Finance for Incredible Connection.I entered all my details and was sent a sms saying i am provisionaly approved and then after that i received a email saying my application was approved for R15000 and i need to take my documents to a store for application to be completed.I had gone to the store Incredible store Greenacres on 16 August and someone assisted me and said she had to scan in my documents.I said i will come back to store on Saturday 18 as i was working Friday the 17th.Velenchia who works at Incredible was very friendly and helpful assisting and helping me in anyway she possibly can.She then told me my application was declined due to affordability.By this time i was heavily upset as i received a email saying my application was approved.Its false hope and false information given to me as a customer.Even tho Velenchia saw how upset i was she was determined to assist me anyway she can.If she was not so helpful and friendly i would have insisted on putting in a complaint at Incredible Greenacres.Thank you for your time and effort Velenchia.Im not angry at you. Im angry at online who sent me a email saying its approved.I have worked in retail for more than 14 years and this is unacceptable.Saying its pre approved or provisionaly approved i can understand but APPROVED means APPROVED. Please assist me with the credit that i need and can AFFORD.
