**** poor service from the online store

I placed an order yesterday and selected and paid for the next day delivery option. As of right now I have spoken to Doran, Ben and a third person via their live chat feature on their website with ZERO actual assistance. I have also mailed [Email Removed] and received 'read receipts' from both Princess Mhuntana and Musa Makondo but no actual response. I have also emailed [Email Removed] to lodge a complaint... NO response. I have called the call centre as well as ***, NO ANSWER. I have also spoken to Zee on their Facebook and Twitter account who would apparently 'escalate' my query to management. This is the saddest excuse for client service I have ever experienced in my life!
