Phone Screen frozen after a month of use.

I bought a tablet from you guys on the 4/02/2025 and the phone screen is frozen. My concern is that if the phone is giving me issues after only a month then clearly the phone might not even last a year. I mean bringing a phone in for repairs after only a month means that the possibility of me coming in every month for repairs is a very high possibility.
