Incredible connection has no will to address the issue raised. I have sent an email requesting an update from Mahlako Mogudi for the past two days, but he has not been willing to respond. They can't even call to address the issue of my phone that is recorded as delivered but not physical delivered. or at least assist with direct number to resolve it.
