Pethetic service

I'm not happy with their refund process. I ordered iLife Zed Air Plus Celeron N3350 4 1TB Laptop online last month and then I sent an email requesting to cancel the order before it was delivered. I was told to wait and reject the parcel on arrival, of which I did. Till today there has been no communication regarding my refund. I have been sending emails but they kept telling me that the complaint has been escalated to the relevant department. All I want is my money back.
