Peter Shongwe’s negative attitude towards customer(s)

I bought a laptop about 2 months ago. It’s charger is faulty, the “so called manager” Peter Shongwe gave me an attitude saying it can’t be replaced hence I should buy a new charger. All I need is my laptop back as I left it in the shop together with a replacement charger.
