People working there not knowing what they doing

So on the 20th April i went to incredible connection in brits to buy 2 xiaomi products which the did not have in stock. The guy said if it is sent to their shop it can take long and that i can go collect it at the warehouse in rosslyn with only the slip and my id number as he had put it in the system. Drove all the way there just to be turned away at the gate for not having the correct paperwork(a form needs to be filled in). Went back to incredible connection in brits mall to tell them whats going on. One lady said "if you had let them deliver it by us you would have gotten it today" (22nd April). So already frustrated that i wasted my time going all the way to rosslyn for nothing i told them they must let it be sent to them so i can oick it up. Today 26 April got there and the items have still not been delivered to them. If i knew this i would have definitely rather used Takealot, atleast knowing definitely when i will be getting my stuff. Real bad service after spending so much money
