PC LENOVO IDEA CENTER

Please do not buy anything from this people. I bought a pc for 20grand now the pc its broken internally. They do not want to fix it.they say i must pay for it by my self. They pining the problem to me.So imagine buying small items from the what will be the cost to you as a customer : lets not support this ****** let other people know.

On the 25th of july I updated my pc on the internet here at home using my phone as a Hotspot.

I updated my oc as usual. But all of a sudden it restated. As usual so now after it has restarted it didnt display anything at all. So i figured that it might have lost the drivers.

First thing that came in mind is that i have a warranty. So i took my pc back to the store where i was assited by an agent called lerato. I advised to her about the updates.

She advised warranty doesn't cover for software updates or software. I agreed since i knew i am responsible for updating my pc. I told her i will pay for the pc to be formated and cleaned as i have backed up my copies of some important information in my pc.

She advise she will call me after an hour and so.

So after two days i made follow up. She advised that the pc has been taken to Lenovo its hardware failure related issues and thats what the warranty covers up for.

So i understood that and asked how many days shes said most times it can be done in 14 days. But it can vome back sooner than that i understood.

After 4 days i made follow uo how far is the pc. She advised i need to relax these things take time. I understood that aswell.

So after 10 days i hoped that the pc will be fine. Made another follow up. Non no feedback mind you no one is calling me at all i am the one doing follow ups.

Last friday i realized that i cant work or study or design. I need my pc i called i spoke to lerato i said its thabo am inquiring about my pc. She said latest i will get my pc friday or Monday.

I understood that and happy that atleast its done this process. But i called her again i daid is the pc done or i must wait a full 14 days then i can stary querying again.

She said they done with it they busy assessing the pc. Thats when i said may i please have an email confirmation to day that they done they busy assessing it.

I spelled my email addresse correctly and repeated the email she said shes sending me an email. I waited no email came thru.

I called again hey incredible may i please speak to lerato. Boom noo shes offshift.

I asked my self how cause we spoke with in 5mins ago. And i started getting angry to why im i being **** to. After all this efforts im the one following up no one is updating me.

I decided to take this to hello peter and face book.

Monday i got a call from mr roney i dont know what he is in the store or a manger but he sounded sincere i had hope that yes monday i am getting my pc.

He said he will push for my pc to get attention i was like you want to tell me even today? He said yes lerato sent your pc for repairs its still being attended to. He said he will push fpr feedback.

Only feedback i got on monday was. My screen is broken and damaged. Now it got me more angrie to after 14 days thats when i am told my screen is broken.

All along what was happening all along where did lerato get an uldate tgat my pc was fine on friday and i will receive it friday or monday lates.

When did my screen break?? So i had to wait for 14 days to know my screen has broken. How do i know if its the truth cause all i know i took my pc for software updates. Why would i break a computer screen and still take it for repairs and expose my self like that or make my self a fool knowing i broke a computer screen.

Now they have sent me a quotation of 7,000 something and want me to pay for that screen i am not paying for anything.

Why wasnt my pc assesed why i was at the shop or badic trouble shooting before it goes for 14 days with out being touched and i o ly know cause i am demanding for services.

I refuse to pay that money.

I want my pc not cracked up or stories made up by people i dont know. How can i trust incredible connection after 14 days thats when they tell me my screen is broken how sure i am if its the truth? How sure i am?

I dont trust anything right now. I gave that pc in okay if i knew i wouldnt have brought it there if i knew i broke the screen.

Stop playing games and do the right thing with your team i dont care who has to fix it all i need is my baby that pc means the world to me.

Im so annoyed with the service already. Would i recommend someone to that store hell noo.
