PAVILION INCRECDIBLE 'NO' CONNECTION

If I could give Incredible Connection no stars, I would. Incredible connection at the Pavilion branch Westville is absolutely useless. Friday 3 May 2024 I went to the store to go buy my husband either a JBL soundbar or a Sony soundbar. The gentleman who 'helped' me was the absolute worst service I have ever received. He first showed me some JBL soundbars, then ignored me and went on to 'help' another gentleman who wanted to buy something else. When I went to the salesperson and asked him why he ignored me. he said that they had no stock! He did not even try to help me. The salesperson wore glasses and was of Indian decent. Could he not have referred me to another branch?

I phone the customer care line this morning...they suggested I write here on Hello Peter! Customer care was not willing to help!!!

Well, I got excellent service at Game Pavilion, and spent my money there.

No thank you Incredible connection, you will not see me again ever.
