Pathrtic Service from Uncredible Connection

I cannot even rate them. Their service is absolutely pathetic. I called the Carnival Mall branch 4 times and nobody answers. I called HO Cust Care for help. 1. She gave me an alternative number that belongs to Hi Fi Corp. 2. Could not help me. 3. Gave me an alternative number that dies not exist. Now this is what you called service in this wonderful SA. 7 calls. My airtime wasted. No results Rather go to Matrix if you need anything. They answer immediately and give you Service
