Pathetic useless scavengers

Absolutely and utterly disgusted in the pathetic level of service offered by your staff and finance department. I paid my account up to date (With exception of R34) on the 16th of Feb and you still haven't allocated my funds. I urgently need to purchase a laptop of R6000 but your incompetence in the accounts department is preventing me from doing so. This is creating challenges in my ability to earn an income but I suppose, "Eish sorry medem" is the best you can do.

Even your call center provides conflicting information.
