Pathetic Unprofessional Customer Service

Incredible sold me a broken fridge and after reporting the matter on the 2 Dec I am still waiting for a refund. Not 1 call centre listens to understand. Mistake upon mistake on their side. How do big companies do this to small fries? Pathetic service I will never ever buy from the JD Group/PepKor whoever Incredible Belongs to again.
