Pathetic telephone client service

Is it policy for Incredible Connection stores toe ignore their telephones on a Saturday. Tried phoning Mall @Reds, Sandton City, Fourways Mall and Mall of Africa, more than once and the phones kept on ringing.

I drove to my nearest store (Mall @ Reds), stood in the store and phoned them, more than 1 time. The employee stood next to the phone and completely ignored it.

Only if the stores knew on what a big sale they missed out on as I had to buy office supplies (laptops, monitors, printers etc.)

Really pathetic client service.
