Pathetic support at Incredible Connection

<p>I have been trying for a week to use a Store Credit on the online ordering system to buy a printer. Every time I select this payment method the system delivers a message saying Invalid data. I have conducted many chats with the help line who finally suggested I log a complaint. This I did and got a reference number 729146. To date no one has contacted me. I have phoned the online Help number daily and keep being told someone will be in touch. Even their HO number was useless and reverted me straight back to the Help line. Today I was told that the complaint had been escalated but still no response. I am absolutely frustrated by this whole experience which could have been resolved on Day one if someone there knew what they were doing</p>
