Pathetic service with no communication!!

If I could give them 0 stars or even less I would. Placed an order online and paid for in full, was told it would be delivered in 2 to 5 working days but I never received the order or any communication from them! I queried online, only to be ignored. Queried over 50 times on whatsapp only to be **** to and they refused to give me any answers as to why the order is late. I phoned their head office well over a 100 times and they never picked up. I got a number of their supposed to be manager, he picked up once and then ignored my phone calls after that. They refused to give me the courier companies number or even tell me who the courier service wss that they were using. I only received my order A MONTH LATER,after so much stress and I had to threaten them with the police and my lawyers had to contact them, which was also ignored. They ended up sending my parcel through skynet and I do believe it wasnt skynet who was the problem, because they only received the parcel from Incredible Connection the day before they delivered to me. The service as well as the agents are pathetic and rude to say the least. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from Incredible Connection, it is not worth it. Its is the very 1st time I ever had to deal with poor service like this from any company. NEVER AGAIN. I urge people to not buy anything from them, ever, as you will surely be taken for a fool.
