Pathetic service, lies on voucher delivery, Do not use the "buy and get ****"

I purchased an product online which had the "Buy and get" voucher deal, it was delivered on 23rd September on which day i immediately registered it online. I should have received a R3000 voucher once i registered the product on the website, which they said arrives between 5-7 working days. Its now been over 12 working days and after numerous calls, emails and messages to the social media channel. nothing. just feedback saying its escalated to the relevant department, some inconsistent responses saying its been sent and takes 5 days to clear. The service nd feedback has been utterly putrid and ****. Your agents especially the Instagram handle do not want or feel they need to help customers. every time i get a response it takes another "5 days" to clear? definitely will be posting on social media to confirm what a data gather scram your buy and get voucher is. its just way to get customer data by making them register devices and they don't receive anything. it actually seems like sales inducement which i will also be taking up with the CPA, cos this is totally unacceptable service delivery and false promises post sale.
