Pathetic "service" from Incredible *******ion

I ordered a TV online on 8 June. On the confirmation of the payment email, it stated that delivery will take between 2-5 days. It is now 13 days and not a word from them. I phoned their call center on Friday and was promised someone will call me within 24 hours... NOTHING. I sent a message to them on Facebook; NO response. I phoned their call center again today at 11:40 only to find a voice message saying that the operating hours are from 9-13:00 and I should leave a message. So I phoned within their "operating hours" but no one was answering the phone. I WANT A REFUND!!!!!!!!!!!
