Pathetic Service from Incredible Connections Herm****

I purchased a wifi extender In June 2024 which is now not funtioning at all. Despite several attempts to actvitate this product, it would not reconnect with the main wifi router.

I returned it to the brance where I bought it -Whale Coast branch in Herm**** - and was told it would have to go back to the supplier for evaluation which would take up to 14 days!

When I requested a replacement in the meantime it was flatly refused and refrred to its terms and conditions.

I find it absolutely rediculous that the branch have no replacements on hand, given the fact that electronic devices could pack up at any time, as mentioned by the branch manager.

I, as the customer, am now totally inconvenienced and without internet access, which will cause a disrupted service to my clients!

I get the impression the branch staff have absolutely no control over the products in the store...except to sell it to customers. Any complaints/defects are out of their control and the customer is expected to simply wait for a third party to resolve the matter, with absolutely no regard for the customer's inconvenience.

Pathetic!!!
