Pathetic service from Incredible Connection

I made an online purchase from Incredible Connection, their website states delivery with 2-5 working days. Until the 4th working day, there was no movement on my order thus I logged a complaint with their Customer Care department. My order was collected on the 4th working day by the courier company and shipped to Port Elizabeth although I live in Johannesburg.

On the 6th working day, the shipment details were updated that my purchase is in PE, I called Customer Care numerous times to find out why has my order been shipped to PE, but no response and no calls returned by Customer Care management. The Customer Care agents keep saying that someone/their manager will call me and the matter has been escalated, 24hours later and still no response from Incredible Connection.

This company does not care about their customers and the bad experience which they inflict on their customers.
