Pathetic service from incredible connection!

I made an online purchase on their website on the 13th of Feb and my tracking number "does not exist" on their website when tracking. According to the website, delivery should be 2-5 days but till now no communication about delivery has been made. I have to constantly call their customer care care line and just encounter their rude, unprofessional agents who know nothing and have not assisted me till today.

At this point I just want my money refunded because there is no feedback as to where my order is, noone seems to know. Quite pathetic service from incredible connection!
