Pathetic service from incredibe connection

My account has been debited in September whereas my account with incredibe connection was paid up in August 2020 already. They are since giving me the run around in refunding my money and to issue me a settlement letter for this purchase. The dell laptop I bought from them still they have not replaced or refunded as we experiencing problems with their product, instead been told it’s a dell product and we should get hold of dell technicians as they can’t help us... pathetic service, will never recommend this store
