Pathetic service do not purchase from Incredible Connection

Do not purchase online from Incredible Connection. Their service is pathetic. They advertise “in stock” then courier the items separately. They specify 3-5 working days 7 working days later and all you get is the relevant department is dealing with it. You contact them during office hours and get a response at 3pm that they will get back to you during office hours yet their office hours are till 5pm. The day is over yet they message saying they will get back to you today. They use courier companies that update shipment info a week later and the courier company according to their system which is not existent there is no website to track the parcel. It’s been going on like this for 5 days now. I was told my parcel will reach me no later than the 13th and it’s already the 15th end of day. Website said yesterday parcel is out for delivery. At 4pm it changed to driver on route to you. The entire day has gone and still no parcel and no luck with any update. You keep speaking to different people after the bot doesn’t recognise the order no. yet that’s the no. that is on the online system.
