Pathetic Service

Placed an online order for two items on 19/11/24. The order is split into two orders for no reason. One item shows ready to pick (which means no stock!) and the other has been in ‘parcel given to courier’ status for nearly a week. Don’t try contacting them via email, as they are utterly ***********. Still can’t get answers as to where my order is.
