Pathetic service at incredible connection hemingways

I bought an iphone cable yesterday(15 February 2025 at 17:07) at incredible connection East london. Went to my car, when i got there the cable is not functional but the store is closed. I get there today this morning(16 February 2025) they not allowing me to return the cable im told it needs to be booked in, major inconvenience and pathetic service
