Pathetic Service and Old & Incorrect Goods sold

<p>Bought Ink Catridges from Incredible connection in July for our printer. Only needed them now and saw they were the incorrect cartridges sold to us back then... Tried to return them yesterday and they told us that it is old stock and they don't use that barcode anymore, so they will not replace it, as they have a new barcode now. Ends up the stock we were sold was from LAST year!!!!!! The guy in the store was quite proud to tell us so! They refused to take the stock back and let us buy the correct cartridges (We were happy to pay the difference) ... But yeah they flatly refused with no valid reasoning ... So when they sell old stock sneakily, they get away with it! Absolutely *********! We WILL take this to the consumer protection authorities if something is NOT done about this! How can you run a business like this?</p>
