Pathetic service

I’d like to express my utmost dissatisfaction with Incredible Connection. The level of disrespect I’ve received is beyond me. I purchased a fridge to be delivered at my office on the 12th of December. Same day, I received an sms to say that it would be delivered on the 14th. Morning of the 14th, a driver called me at around 8am to let me know that he was on his way there. I told him that he would need to deliver at least before 3pm at the office was going to close early. At 5pm, he calls me for directions and I told him that it was too late and that he had to come back on the Monday. Fast forward to Monday, no call, nothing, after having waited at the office. Last week, after my 3rd time complaining, Bradlows called and I specifically asked that they change the address to an address that’s 5 minutes away from my office because the offices are now closed. Yesterday again, I received a call from the Bradlows warehouse, saying they were going to deliver today (30/12), when I wanted to confirm the address, they confirmed my office address which is incorrect because I had changed it prior. The guy said he wanted to confirm something and that he would call me back. I’ve received no communication today.

This is sooo unacceptable, this can’t be how you treat customers that spend thousands on stuff!! I’ve paid for the item, I didn’t borrow it. Can I please have what belongs to me.
