Pathetic service

Did not appreciate the service rendered from one of the sales consultant at Incredible connection, Mall of the south. I requested a quote on a laptop, was not informed of the Insurance offering that I would have benefitted greatly on. Upon agreeing to pay cash on the same day, suddenly there's no stock and to top the audacity, I'm told that the price quoted is incorrect and it's now R2000 more but they willing to give it to me on condition I pay at this branch and collect at the Glen Mall. Apparently if I pay at the Glen Mall, I will not get the discount offered at Mall of the South. I do not appreciate these sort of strong arm tactics all in the name of chasing a commission. I was not even offered the courtesy of someone fetching so that I could collect it at a later stage but had to inconvenience myself and fetch at the Glen Mall. But the service/knowledge at the Glen was fantastic, a dire contrast to that of Mall of the south. I regret purchasing at this branch and the poor service displayed and will steer clear of this branch. I know when I'm being hustled.
