Pathetic service

Pathetic service...I made an online order on the 21st even today I haven't received my order, when I track the order online its says order placed successfully, they dont respond to our messages on Facebook...this company must be closed, we can't have so many people complain about one thing, why did they open their online store if they didn't put enough resources in place to ensure delivery
