Pathetic service

Unreliable products and ********** service! My R30 000 HP Spectre “died” a month after purchasing it. Didn’t have access to a laptop over lockdown because they were unable to repair. Once I could take it in, I was told it was a problem with the hard drive.

It took them forever to repair the laptop - only for me to get it back and it not to work. I sent it back and was told to pay R400 for them to see what the issue was or send it to the supplier. Why must I pay more money for a laptop I haven’t even had a chance to use???

I haven’t heard back from them for over a week and had to call today. The technician told me he would call me back “when he hears from the supplier”. That’s not good enough! It’s been 9 months since I’ve had a working laptop. Your business is absolutely pathetic.

Oh and don’t bother getting lawyers involved. They ignore all forms of communication.
