Incredible connection Paarl store unresolved complaint. 22 November we hand in a laptop that is still under warranty to be repaired. After numerous calls, a follow-up branch visit and several complaints logged to the head office the matter is still not resolved. 12 January 2023 manager, phoned me confessing that the computer has not been attended to and he will sent it off to the suppliers. All along they **** that it was attended to. Escalated it to head office still waiting. Pathetic service
