Pathetic Service

<p>I made an online purchase and almost a week later, I had to call them to track my order, only to be told that my order had been cancelled!!! This, after my payment had gone through successfully on the same day!!!!!!</p> <p>I received no email nor telephone notifications to inform me of this and what's worse is that upon visit to the Menlyn Store the day after my purchase, the manager was dismissive and abrupt - didn't give clear answers nor handled my concerns properly!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm appalled by this level of service, especially because I'm in the service industry as well. I demand that someone contact me immediately regarding this matter!</p> <p> </p> <p>I wish there was an option for no stars as they don't even deserve this one.</p>
