Pathetic Service

Pathetic service never support them - I bought a Gimble from these people, actually don't how to refer to them. On 24 April, my sale was concluded. After things opened up I tried to get it shipped to me. No success. On the 11th ****er confirmed to refund me. On that same day, I mailed and on the 17th again. I have interacted with the call centre 11 times. I have all the records with a promise of callbacks and issue been sorted. Not once in all this time has anybody bothered. No receipt to mail. Was given finance Dept number and they advertise a What's app number does not work. I have never experienced such a pathetic service ever in my life. It the same incompetence as our government.
