Pathetic service!

Phoned Eastgate and specifically asked if they have stock of a charger and made it clear that it must not be the traveling charger. Drove from Benoni to Eastgate for NOTHING! They only have stock of the traveling charger which I made clear does not work as I have already puchased one. Played the manager on duty the recording of the call. All I get is sorry. She alao had a no care attitude... Pakiso denied at first that I spoke to him but afterwards apparently understood me wrong. Beyond disgusted!
