Pathetic Service!

On 18 June I booked in my MacBook Pro to have the battery replaced, it only worked (perfectly) when connected to electricity. I was told it could take up to 21 days. A week later they called with the quote, apparently the motherboard needed replacing too, and would amount to R23 000, which is much more than the computer cost when new. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the motherboard when I took it in. I asked for a quote for only the battery, and a week later they said that they wouldn't replace only the battery, it needed to be the whole R23 000 job. I rejected the quote, and was told the computer would be returned to the store in 2 days (10 July). A week later I called them, and was told that someone would call me back soon. No one called. It has been far more than a month now, and no work was even done! I even had to pay a \handler's fee"upfront. If eventually I go to collect the computer and there is anything wrong exept for the battery"
