Pathetic Service

<p>Walked into Incredible Connection shop in Clearwater Mall this morning looking for specific items. Upon entry, one of the sales people that wasn't busy with another customer looked straight at us and turned around and walked away. We walked over to the shelves with the hope that someone would help us, yet the branch manager Pitso was watching a video on one of the computers. He did not even worry about his customers. The first sales person once again looked at us and once again turned around and walked away. We moved over to the audio visual section just to be looked at by a sales lady without offering any help.......Really Incredible Connection.....is this the way you treat your customers??? That is unacceptable and pathetic!</p>
