Pathetic poor service at Incredible Connection Table Bay

Pathetic poor customer service at Incredible Connection Table Bay Mall. I bought a laptop on the 05th June 2020 for R4999. During the week of the 26th June I noticed that the bottom of the laptop was coming off. I then took the laptop back to the store and I was insulted rediculed by the technician who told me I don't have a brain not sure how I'm breathing and this was said to me since I'm a black female. The equipment they sell is of a poor quality as in less than a month the bottom part of the laptop was lose, they rob people of their hard earned money.
