PATHETIC, POOR! Definitely never using incredible connections!!!!

I DO NOT THINK THEY DESERVE A SINGLE STAR!!! PATHETIC.. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN... On 26/06/2018 I purchased a gift for my on son ONLINE... It is now the 14/08/2018 and I have yet to receive the GIFT. No communication, no apology absolutely NOTHING... They only contact me when I contact then with regards to the purchases. The SMS trail that I have saved.. confirms delivery at midnight, to whom??? Please confirm who receives a parcel at midnight? The NEXT SMS states.. we have sent the package to the courier... really, after you have delivered this parcel??? NOW they inform me they are out of stock... IT IS THE 14/08/2018.. OUT OF STOCK as of the 14/08/2018.. So please confirm what occurred between you GETTING PAID till now? I JUST WANT MY SONS GIFT OR MY MONEY PAID BACK ASAP!!! *******!!! Never use Incredible connections, do not support ******* and *****.. if they do this, can you only imagine their warranty process?? Its probably worse..
