Pathetic policies

Purchased a laptop which stopped working after 1 year and 4 months. Took it to your store and the technician diagnosed a faulty ram card which he could replace in a few seconds however he is not allowed too. The laptop has to be sent to a warranty department to have the job done which will take 21 days.How pathetic that a job that could be completed in store in a few seconds has to take 21 days. Your pathetic policies have succeeded NOT retaining me as a customer. Neither me nor any family , friends or acquaintances will ever be supporting incredible connection again.
