Pathetic place to shop online

I was looking to purchase ear pods only to find them on Incredible Connections website at the cheapest price. Prior to ordering the earpods, I called in to find out if there was stock. Upon getting through, the agent advised that there is stock and if I order it online, it will be delivered in 2-3 days. It is 8 days now and I still did not receive any communication from them. Upon calling in, I find out that on their system it states that there is no stock and I will be refunded in 7-14 days. Agents working there are plain rude too. Do not waste your money and purchase at a more reliable store instead. Why do they have stuuff on their website if they do not have stock???
