Pathetic online store service...

if I could give them a negative score I would. Their online sales support is pathetic. I bought a voucher on Sunday, an invoice was sent within maximum 40mins of purchase but more than 24 hours I still have not received my voucher.

"Apparently" my queries has been escalated but till now no contact has been made with me by their online customer support.

A reply on Facebook has said that someone will contact me... I'm still waiting...

They are really giving pathetic service , why offer the service if you cannot deliver or cannot fix issues in a timely manner?

I will definitely not buy here again nor encourage or recommend people to buy here. Businesses want our support but can't offer support or good service that we require.

Absolutely pathetic...
