Pathetic Online Shopping System

I wish I could rate Incredible Connection less than 1 star. I have been trying to buy a cellphone online for the past 3 days. I want to use the Click and Collect facility for the sake of convenience, I do not want the phone couriered to my home address. When at the Select Delivery option stage of the transaction, the Click and Collect option does not appear, it forces the delivery to my street address. I have tried to use the "Helpful Bot", but all it does is ask me for my email address and says I will be contacted during working hours. I have done this more than once over the past 2 days and am still waiting for a response. Surely they have a more sophisticated way of doing this than via Email?? In desperation I phoned the "Help" number this morning and hung on for 10 minutes because all of their agents were busy and eventually I had to give up because I was running out of airtime.
