Pathetic online shopping

The website advertised an online only special on a media player but when trying to buy it, the website wouldn't let me pay, upon calling the help line they suggested I use a laptop not my cellphone to attempt the purchase. When I used the laptop the exact same thing happened, and unfortunately this attempt was outside of call center hours, however when I called the following day to find out what happened they promised to find out what happened and call back, that was 3 days ago and still no feedback. This has been a pathetic and disappointing experience with them
