Pathetic online service

<p>On the 24thNov 2016 I made an online purchase for a 65inch sansui TV and a 32inch JVC curve for a total of R11998....I then called the online helpline the next day to find out about my order aftrr holding close to 20min I was told it declined and my order was canceled. The amount went through from my account. The lady told me to email them proof of payment and they will refund if it reflects on their side, or rather contact my bank so that it reverses. The bank will not reverse without a letter from the merchant to show its been declined. I emailed them twice with no response.</p>
