Pathetic: No stock but flighting specials

Bought a tv online on Nov 24th and been waiting to date. Called in a week after placing the order and was told they were looking for stock, this as they continue advertising the very same tv as on special. Made noise on their facebook, was given ref *** and told the matter was escalated a week ago. Didn’t receive anymore feedback ever since. This morning i called and asked for a refund, sitting here hoping they at least process that quickly. Pathetic
