Pathetic Internet service

I have been a client with Connection for more than a year. A month ago my Internet failed to connect. After calling the call center and after numerous attempts at resetting my account, I was given a trial user name and password. This worked, but every 11 days when this connection expired I had to contact the call center to find a solution. Every time a new password /user name combination is given, which don't work then the agent gives a new trial account which works. Seriously, this has been going on long enough now. I must commend the call center on the speed at which they close the case ticket even though the issue still has not been resolved.
