Pathetic experience with your online purchases.

I placed an online order on the 29th Nov. The tracking app states that my order has been "delivered successfully", yet I have not received anything. When I followed up, I was promised my order will arrive Monday 9th Dec.

I followed-up again, on the same Monday and "Tony" informed me that the issue has been escalated and he will advise ASAP. The day has ended with me NOT getting an update from Tony or anyone.

You have already missed your delivery SLA, and you cannot even explain what is going on with order???

This is very pathetic experience with your online purchases. I cannot recommend this service to anyone at all.

I am again asking, when will I get my order delivered.
