Pathetic customer service

Incredible connection at the V&A Waterfront is just horrible. I just wanted to open a simple contract with them on the telkom deal. No telkom, fine give the next best deal, oops it's the wrong network provider after filling out the paperwork, oops the manager isn't in to deal with this specific network provider contract and nobody knows when he'll be back could be today could be tomorrow just pathetic. I still went against my better judgment and filled in the paperwork for the other contract and asked them how long it would take, the lady dealing with the contracts told me to come back in an hour so I did. Nothing was done she was on lunch in the back sending out another guy to come and talk to me. I just told them to cancel the whole contract. I've never experienced such disappointing service in my life and I will never set foot in another Incredible connection again. I suggest whoever reads this stay as far away from that place as they can.
